HOW THE INCREDIBLE PROGRAMME WORKS

 

1. During the Detox, the cleansing herbs and oxidizing enzymes such as Flaxseed Oil, Spirulina stir up and flush out the toxins from different parts of your body into the bloodstream.

Coffee enema cleanses your liver and blood. Datin Dr. Lynn, “The coffee enters the liver via the colon. This causes two effects:

When you drink coffee, it is absorbed in the intestines and carried throughout your body by the bloodstream where the caffeine acts as a stimulant. It lowers your blood pressure, increases your heart rate and perspiration, causes insomnia and heart palpitation, etc.

C. Coffee Enema And Colonic Irrigation Are Vastly Different

Colonic irrigation or colon hydrotherapy is very intrusive. Colonic irrigation requires 19 liters of water to irrigate the entire colon! Coffee enema on the other hand requires just 1/2 to 1 liter of coffee solution.

Colonic irrigation can result in dehydration and electrolyte imbalance  because of the constant washing away of minerals. This imbalance, if left untreated, can cause severe side effects, possibly even death.

D. Coffee Enema Is Extremely Safe And Easy To Do

The enema bucket or bag is a simple equipment to introduce coffee solution into the colon. It consists of a high quality plastic container or bag, a detachable tube and a simple locking clip. The tube has a diameter of just 0.7 cm. It is soft, and will NOT damage the rectum.

To introduce the coffee solution, insert just 3 to 4 cm of the tube into the anus. Lie down on the right side and unlock the clip. The solution takes 2 to 3 minutes to flow in. 1. If for one reason or another you can’t engage in the complete program, but have the need to remove the congestions in your colon, toxins from your blood and liver, then Dr. Lynn recommends the Mini Detox program. See Detox ebook, page 22 for details.

2. If you are very weak and sick, Dr. Lynn advises that you follow the Mini program for 2 to 4 weeks before commencing the full program. This is to prepare your body for “rebuilding” so that the healing reactions would be less severe.
