SUPPLEMENTS SINGAPORE

 

1. “How Do I Order Products?”

To order, you can either:

  • CALL 97370227
  • TEXT your order with your name and address to the above number; or
  • EMAIL your order with your name, address and contact number to support@NaturalHealthSuperstar.com

We will deliver to your doorstep.

Payment is cash on delivery; please give the exact change.

Last order for same day delivery is 2.30pm on Mondays to Fridays, and 10.30am on Saturdays; subject to available delivery slot.

 

2. “What Is The Delivery Charge?”

The delivery fee is S$10.00 for orders less than S$120.00. The delivery is FREE for orders S$120.00 or above.

Delivery is available from Mondays to Fridays between 7pm to 10pm, and Saturdays between 2pm to 5pm except public holidays.

 

3. “Do You Have A Retail Store?”

No, we don’t have a storefront to keep the overhead low. So you can get the products at good discounts.

 

4. “Can I Self-Collect?”

Yes, you can pick up at Tiong Bahru MRT, control station. Just contact us to fix an appointment.

 

 

NEWLIFE™ PRODUCTS

 

1. “How Can I Get NewLife™ Products At The Best Price?”

A. The member price is the best price, and is competitively priced; the retail rate is more expensive.

You can sign up as a NewLife™ Smart Consumer to enjoy 15% to 20% OFF retail for just SGD5.00 / RM10.00.

B. If you don’t wish to sign up, you may use my membership number to enjoy the member price.

Just tell NewLife™ office staff you want to get products using David Cheum’s membership number: S0003280. (Applicable only in Brunei, Malaysia and Singapore)

For home delivery, just call the office and place your order.

Fill in your name in the warranty card, if any.

Do drop me a note with your email address so I can send you useful information regarding the product such as how to maintain the ALPHA Juicer.

 

2. “Are NewLife™ Smart Consumers Involved In NewLife™’s MLM Business?”

No, Smart Consumers are purely consumers. And we will NEVER “recruit” our clients.

 

3. “I’m Interested In the Network Marketing Business. How Can I Get More Information?”

Email us and we will assist you.

 

4. “How Do I Apply For Smart Consumer Membership and Order Products?”

A. You can do it IN PERSON at the nearest office below. Just ask the counter staff for a Smart Consumer application form.

You will need to provide the Referrer (Introducer) information S0003280 DAVID CHEUM as requested in the application form.

B. You can also FAX, EMAIL OR POST duly completed application form to the nearest office. Download your form here.

NB: If by fax, Customers in Brunei and Malaysia would need to mail the completed form to the office by post. And Customers in Singapore would need to pass it to the delivery personnel when he/she delivers your products.

Attach a note of the products, and the quantity, you wish to order.

Our staff will contact you as soon as they receive your form. And advise you on the amount, modes of payment available and delivery charge if applicable.

6. “Is There Any Instalment Plan?”

Yes, there is a 6-month instalment plan at 1% interest for Citibank credit card holders for the purchase of the Alpha Juicer or products amounting to SGD1,000.00 or more. It is available in Singapore only.

International Orders For Newlife™ Products

 

1. Discounted Rates

International clients, outside of Brunei, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore, can get exclusive rates as a NewLife™ Smart Consumer(SC), which is 20 to 30% LESS than the normal Retail Export Pricing. SC membership is just RM10.00 for 1 year. Download your application form here.

 

2. Export Pricing

The Smart Consumer Export Pricing is slightly higher than the normal SC Pricing to cover the export processing transaction cost. For example, the Alpha Juicer SC price is RM1535.00; SC Export price is RM1575.00.

 

3. How To Order

For enquiries or to order products, email or fax completed Smart Consumer form with your FULL address and the quantity to:

4. Modes of payment

Payment is either via telegraphic transmission (TT) or credit card payment.

Goods are sent via FedEx courier service. Tracking number can be provided if you wish to track the status of the shipment.

6. Document Requirement

Clients are responsible to check the document requirement from their country’s custom authorities. NewLife™ is not responsible for any customs restriction, tariff or other regulations that may apply in countries outside Malaysia.
