At Health & Healing (hereby known as the “Company”), we want you to have the best browsing and shopping experience possible while using our website. Please take some time to view our terms and conditions below:

1. Prices and Payment

We only accept payments using the methods stated in the Shopping Cart section and are unable to accept Cash.

Prices will prevail at the time of order.

2. PayNow, Credit/Debit Card Payment

Customers must be above the age of 18 to place an order on our store. If the customer is below the age of 18, permission from a parent or guardian must be sought. Upon submission of the order to our store, it is taken that parental permission has been given and the Company cannot be held liable for cost incurred.

3. Orders and Delivery

Orders placed through the Company’s website cannot be changed. Please check your order details carefully prior to payment.

Please ensure you have supplied us with the correct address. We will not be responsible for delivery of orders if the address supplied has been entered incorrectly or is the incorrect address.

If you have changed your address after placing your order, please contact us by using the contact form.

4. Delay in Delivery and Non-Delivery

Please note that the Company will not be liable for any delays in delivery due to:

Payment being refused by our payment gateway or by your bank.
The delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our agents and sub-contractors, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, fire, flood, government act, natural disasters, legislative constraints, strikes, labour dispute or malicious damage involving employees.
Change of address without prior written notice to the Company. If you have changed your address, please contact us by using the contact form.
Acts and/or omissions of any third party service provider or of any sub-contractor (including delivery service providers) where, in the case of the latter, such acts and/or omissions are beyond our reasonable control.

Without limiting the above, we shall under no circumstances be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses suffered or incurred by a delay in delivery, a loss of any goods during the delivery process, theft of any goods during the delivery process, and/or damage to any goods during the delivery process.

5. Refund and Returns

Refunds for downloadable items are subjected to the terms outlined on the respective product page.

If you experience an issue with your download (for example, the link we provide does not work), please contact us using the contact form and we will supply a working link as soon as possible.

Should you discover any defect in the item(s) delivered to you, please notify us. Other than for downloadable items, you may return any defective item within 7 days of delivery for a replacement for (if stock is available) an item of the same or a lower price or a full refund, subject to our approval of such return and replacement or refund (as applicable). Partial refunds will not be made. We will in our discretion bear the costs incurred by you in delivering such defective item(s) to us using such modes of delivery as we may specify.

Should you receive any item that you did not order, please return the item. Please contact us before you return the item. We will bear the costs of any such returns made using such modes of delivery as we may specify.

6. Product with “Missing” or “Opened” Inner Seal

In rare occasions, product’s inner seal is ‘missing’ or what looks like a tampered inner seal. This may be due to the following reasons:

inner cap being stuck to the bottom of the outer cap when opened
food glue sealing the inner seal gave way due to the production process

This is normal and does not affect the quality of the product as long as the outer seal is intact. As such, an exchange cannot be warranted unless the product is proven to be defective.

7. Use of Personal Information

The Company will comply with the terms stated in our Privacy Policy. For more information on how the Company uses your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Rights

A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right to enforce or rely upon any provision of them.

9. Variation

Each order is governed by the prevailing terms and conditions displayed on the website when you place your order online. We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Please take time to read and understand these terms and conditions before you place your order.

10. Applicable Law

All orders made through this website, and these Terms of Use, are subject to the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You irrevocably agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts in relation to any claims, issues, controversy or disputes arising out of or in relation to these Terms of Use, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof.
