The idea that coffee enema can detox your liver and cleanse the blood sounds really good.
And after reading the healing testimonies of those who did Datin Dr. Lynn Tan’s (N.D.) 7-Day Detox Program, I was convinced of the coffee enema benefits.
However, the thought of introducing coffee solution into your colon via the anus was… SCARY at first.
It took me quite awhile to overcome my anxiety.
When I FINALLY took the plunge, I have NOT looked back since!
It was unforgettable.
I literally felt something unloaded inside of me as I did the coffee enema. I experienced a great relief. There was a deep sense of wellbeing.
I believe it was the amazing detoxifying effects of the coffee enema on the liver and the blood.
As Datin Dr. Lynn noted, “The coffee enters the liver via the colon. This causes two effects: The dilation of the bile duct, which enables the draining of toxins from the liver.
And the increase of the production of G.S.T. (Glutathione S. Transferase) by 600% to 700%. G.S.T. is an enzyme which helps to remove free radicals and other toxins from the blood.” (Detox Program eBook pg. 17)
Coffee enema cleanses your liver and detoxifies your blood.
All your blood passes through the liver once every 3 minutes. As you hold the coffee solution for 12 to 15 minutes, the exponential increase of G.S.T. liver enzyme cleanses your blood 4 to 5 times!
However, you may find it difficult to retain the coffee that long if it is your first time. It becomes easier after a few sessions and when the toxin level is reduced.
Coffee enema is used extensively in natural therapy. Datin Dr. Lynn’s 7-Day body Detox Program involves doing 2 coffee enemas a day.
Cancer patients following Datin Dr. Lynn’s Intensive Nutritional Wellness Program or the Gerson Therapy do coffee enemas 5 times a day.
Does drinking coffee have the same coffee enema benefits on the liver and blood?
No, it doesn’t.
When you drink coffee, it is absorbed in your intestines and carried throughout your body by the bloodstream.
The caffeine acts as a stimulant. It lowers your blood pressure, and increases your heart rate and perspiration. It causes insomnia and heart palpitation, etc.
Is it safe and easy to administer?
Yes, it is.
The enema bucket or bag is a simple equipment to introduce coffee solution into the colon. It consists of a high quality plastic bucket or bag, a detachable tube and a locking clip.
The tube has a diameter of only 0.7 cm, and it is soft. Therefore it won’t damage your rectum.
This is how you do it …
After preparing the enema coffee solution, hang the enema bucket or bag containing between 500ml to 1 liter (depending on your build) of enema coffee solution, 18 to 24 inches above your body in a lying position.
You can hang it across a door knob. The amount of enema coffee only fills about a third of your colon.
Lubricate the end of the anal tube about 3 to 4 cm with Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil or Vitamin E Cream. And gently insert into the anus.
Lie down on the right side and unlock the clip.
The coffee solution takes 2 to 3 minutes to flow in, leaving a small amount in the tube.
Lock the clip and pull out the tube gently. (You may wish to use toilet paper to hold the end of the tube to prevent coffee from spilling, and place it in a small pail next to you)
Remain lying down on the right side and retain the coffee solution for 12 to 15 minutes. Then go to the toilet to expel.
You can find step-by-step instructions such as how to prepare the coffee solution, using Hydrogen Peroxide to sterilize the enema kit hygiene care, what to do if you can’t retain the coffee, etc. in the Detox Program ebook page 17 & 18. (Download the ebook on the right of this page)
What type of coffee should you use for coffee enemas?
The coffee must be NON-decaffeinated and organic.
And according to Datin Dr. Lynn’s research, it must also be LIGHTLY roasted for optimal results. This finding is confirmed by the Gerson Institute, renowned for its natural cancer therapy.
Therefore, the coffee used should not have a strong aroma.
Are there precautions to take when doing coffee enemas?
Yes, there are …
1. Coffee enemas are safe ONLY when used in conjunction of the combined regime of high micro-nutrients and electrolyte-rich juices and drinks. Otherwise, it may lead to electrolyte imbalance and/or dehydration.
A safe ratio is to drink 2 to 3 glasses (250ml) of freshly pressed juices such as carrot green apple juice to 1 coffee enema.
2. There will be some loss of vital friendly bacteria in your colon after a coffee enema. Therefore, it is essential to increase your intake of beneficial bacteria, in particular BIFIDOBACTERIA that is normally found in the colon.
You may take a bowl of fresh yogurt containing LIVE culture or a probiotic supplement such as 1 sachet of NewLife™ Immuflora, which contains 10 billion bifidobacteria viable cells.
Datin Dr. Lynn does coffee enema daily for health building.
I also do coffee enema regularly.
